Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
